As a lifelong coach and teacher, I pride myself on the ability to educate all who I get the chance to work with - and at the very least, pass on some scientific rigour that is needed to navigate the complex modern world.
The goal of my practice is not to have you rely on me forever as your trainer, but to provide you with the essential skills to write your own performance programs - from elite sporting performance, to alleviating chronic knee or low back pain, or even just getting the waistline back in shape.
Foremost is my passion for movement; where I find the majority of pain and niggles can be removed simply with a little education on how to move safely and efficiently. It is common for my clients to become more aware of 'bad movement' as they walk through other gyms, looking through the eyes of an exercise nerd.
