Join us in the month of February for a 4-week program with specialist Squash Strength & Conditioning Coach, Matt Hollings, as you learn everything you need to know about getting stronger for squash and staying injury and niggle-free in 2019.

 

For $299, you get 8 x 1 hour training sessions over 4 weeks, including a complete body composition and movement proficiency assessment  - a combined value of over $500. Limited to only 8 places. Training options are Tuesday/Thursday at either 6.30pm or 7.30pm start time.
